There is a 3 night minimum stay during the high season - from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Reservation/Cancellation Policy: Our policy is intended to be fair to all of our guests. Once a unit is reserved, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests for it. Guests will be charged for the number of days reserved. Deposits will be refunded IF a 30 day notice is given AND the cabin is re-rented for the entire stay. Deposits are always non-refundable for holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day)

$18/per night Mar 1 - May 24 and Sept 4 - Dec 31
$23/per night May 25 - Sept 3
Space rental includes water, electricity, sewer, trash, picnic table and fire pit. Annual spaces are usually available. Please call for more information on annual space rental availability and cost. Occasionally we will have RV's for sale that are already set up with attached decks.
